RETURN POLICY
Returns must be authorized by Cricket Cove. Phone for RMA number which must be placed on the outside of the parcel, above mailing address. No returns after one month. Credit and exchanges only. No Cash Refunds.

Books, patterns and knitting accessories are NOT returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
